I was told that with Breast Cancer, they don't say "Remission."  They use the term NED—  No Evidence of Disease.  My tumors were surgically removed, and I had systemic Chemo just in case they missed anything.  I did radiation in case they left behind anything. Just like magic, I'm all better.
